About the Role
As a TDY Vehicle Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing vehicle operators, creating schedules, overseeing training for various personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will operate shuttle service vehicles, communicate with staff and agencies, monitor vehicle maintenance, and evaluate employee performance throughout the season.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year vehicle and/or equipment operating experience with at least six months of operating large capacity passenger vehicles and/or tractor-trailer over-the-road vehicles.
- One-year leadership and/or supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger and/or air brake endorsement.
- Minimum one year dispatching experience.
