About the Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in the care, supervision, and education of preschool-aged children. Your daily tasks will include providing a nurturing environment, implementing screening procedures, assisting in curriculum delivery, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures. You will also help maintain a clean and safe classroom environment and assist with documentation and parent engagement activities.
About You
Required:
- Minimum CDA credential or a state-awarded certificate that meets or exceeds the requirements for a CDA credential.
- Ability to work as a team member collaborating with staff, parents, and community resources.
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory experience.
- A CDA credential or an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or equivalent.
