About You
- High School Diploma, with college credits/degree in Education preferred.
- One to two years of related experience in a group setting with preschool children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff, parents, and youth.
- First-Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 30 days of hire date.
- Experience in assisting with curriculum implementation.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative to identify potential risk factors.
