About the Role
As a Teacher Assistant-Infant and Toddler, you will assist the Teacher in implementing daily curriculum and activities, ensuring compliance with child outcomes and standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining classroom records, developing lesson plans, and encouraging parent involvement. You will also model physical activities, conduct home visits, and participate in training programs.
About You
Required:
- Current Infant & Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or equivalent.
- One year of experience working directly with infant and toddler children.
- Ability to obtain at least fifteen clock hours of certified training per year.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of early childhood growth and development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
