About You
- Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Ability to assume low postures for physical and visual contact with children, and engage in physical activity with them.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and parents.
- Approved state trainer.
- 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
