About the Role
About You
- Minimum of a CDA or an associate degree in child development, early childhood education or a related degree with early childhood equivalent coursework.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the Head Start/Early Head Start program.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or other languages).
- Holding a Birth-Kindergarten (B-K) Licensure if in North Carolina.
