You will also participate in firm initiatives and special projects as directed by local management.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in administrative support roles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Adaptability and ability to multi-task.
