About the Role

As a Team Lead, Accounting, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements for local statutory reporting, managing external audits, conducting technical accounting research, implementing international accounting standards, and mentoring team members. You will also lead month-end close activities, strengthen internal controls, and liaise with management to ensure financial transparency.

About You

Required:

3-5 years of public accounting experience
1-3 years of people management experience
CPA required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field
Excellent understanding of U.S. GAAP, FASB codification, IFRS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of internal controls framework
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Preferred:

Experience leading audited statutory financial statements
Strong technical accounting expertise with hands-on research for complex transactions
Proven ability to improve month-end close speed and accuracy
