About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple teams, providing technical direction, monitoring workloads, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. You will also act as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintain client relationships, and support the organization's quality programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Eight (8) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including three (3) years of claims supervisor experience.
Preferred:
- Licenses as required, with TX or FL and NY preferred.
- Professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.
