About the Role
As a Team Lead Unlicensed, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, overseeing clinical services and standards of care. You will assist with recruitment, training, and mentorship of clinical staff, and ensure compliance with state and county requirements. The position requires collaboration with community partners and local systems of care to provide effective support for clients.
About You
Required:
- Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences; Must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC.
- A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
- One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
