Goodwill Northern Michigan is seeking a Team Lead to support retail store management in Cheboygan, MI. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Goodwill Store.
About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving payroll, communicating attendance to the management team, handling cash, coaching retail team members, processing donations, and supervising the operation of store equipment. You will also support the mission of Goodwill, ensure a high level of customer service, oversee volunteers, and maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
About You
Required:
High School graduate or GED.
Current valid driver's license without restrictions.
Proven ability to supervise people.
Preferred:
Previous retail management experience.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and trash compactors.
