PayPal is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves overseeing the successful delivery and optimization of deals operations, store creation, and maintenance functions within the PayPal Ads business.
About the Role
As the Operations Lead for Honey, you will partner with key stakeholders across Commercial, Product, and Honey-facing teams to deliver on strategic vision. You will provide guidance to deals managers and store operations teams, manage vendor relationships, and improve operational processes to meet business objectives. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, installing payment APIs, executing test scenarios, troubleshooting issues, and creating technical documentation.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in operations, programmatic advertising, or related field with direct experience managing paid media campaigns.
- 2+ years leading and managing teams including analysts, operations managers, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and deal structures.
- Proficiency with data analysis and performance dashboards.
Preferred:
- Experience with Tableau or advanced analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with the Honey business model or consumer cashback/rewards programs.
- Experience managing multiple external vendors simultaneously.
