Summary
Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader (Onsite) to join their team in Lake Mary, FL. The role involves supervising a group of call center associates and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of call center associates, coaching them on performance, identifying performance issues, ensuring service delivery meets KPIs, and promoting Concentrix values. You will also conduct team meetings and provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Leadership, Coaching and/or Training in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines.
Preferred:
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 7AM and 9PM EST.
