About You
- BS in STEM, Business, or Operations Management.
- OR AS in STEM with 2+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
- OR 5+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership of teams or groups.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Experience in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SPC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience working with CI teams.
