As a Team Loan Originator NE, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting Highland HomeLoans' financial products, handling loan volumes efficiently, monitoring customer interactions throughout the loan process, collecting and analyzing customer information, scheduling appointments, negotiating loan terms, and staying updated on mortgage regulations. You will also maintain a professional image and meet customer service standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent and appropriate licenses as required by state.
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess and process large amounts of information quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload.
Preferred:
- One to two years of sales or mortgage banking experience.
- Proficiency in required origination technology and office equipment.
