About the Role
As a Team Manager at Panera Bread, you will supervise up to 75 staff members, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant during your shifts, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff, as well as coordinating daily operations.
About You
Required:
- At least 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
- Excellent organization, customer service, and time management skills.
- Proven track record for leadership.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Food Management Certifications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse group of people.
- Passion, energy, and a positive attitude.
