As a Team Nurse RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating quality clinical management of patients, collaborating with providers for preventive care and chronic disease management, providing telephonic triage and assessment, administering medications and vaccines, and overseeing the training of Medical Assistants. You will also ensure patient safety practices and compliance with health regulations.
