About the Role
As a Support Services and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality support, resolving issues impacting key business processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage technology projects post-transition and ensure successful deployment to the user community while adhering to service level agreements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects
- Expertise in Application Management
- Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Service Management
Preferred:
- Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4Hana
