About the Role
As a Senior Support Services professional, you will deliver quality support, resolve issues impacting key business processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure adherence to service level agreements and manage technology projects post-transition, while actively participating in client working sessions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects
- Expertise in Application Management
- Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Technology Service Management
Preferred:
- Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably S/4Hana
