Summary
Independence Health System is seeking a Technical Partner - PCU to provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN in Mount Pleasant, PA.
About the Role
As a Technical Partner, you will deliver patient care in accordance with hospital policies and assist with activities of daily living. Your responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries, documenting care data, obtaining vital signs, and maintaining a safe environment. You will also participate in performance improvement activities and act as a mentor to new hires.
About You
Required:
- HS Diploma, GED or higher level of education.
- Completion of a Nurse Aide or comparable program with patient care experience.
- Strong leadership ability and good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex topics to a diverse audience.
Preferred:
- Nurse Aide certification.
- Computer skills, Phlebotomy, EKG experience.
- Current Nursing Student with clinical experience.
