As a Tech Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for achieving growth goals in revenue and team headcount, collaborating with national practices, leading cross-functional teams, and providing insights into the technology landscape. You will also participate in strategy sessions and contribute to industry leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- CPA, JD, LLM or MST required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience.
- Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions.
Preferred:
- Industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector.
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and process creation.
- Outstanding multitasking and organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in formal sales process deployment.
