Advance Auto Parts is seeking a TechNet Solutions Representative for Region 20 and Region 21 to provide technical support and sales enablement for their TechNet product.
About the Role
As a TechNet Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert product support to Commercial Account Managers, assisting in closing high-value TechNet sign-ups, delivering training to sales teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and serving as a trusted advisor to key commercial accounts during onboarding and implementation.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial sales support, technical sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or a tech-enabled environment.
- Strong working knowledge of TechNet or comparable automotive service platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
- Proven track record of supporting complex sales processes and closing high-value accounts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable delivering group training and one-on-one coaching.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed to support Commercial teams (estimated 20–30%).
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting field sales teams or training frontline personnel.
- CRM and reporting tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Familiarity with commercial repair shop operations and B2B service models.
