Fiserv is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The role involves supporting Tier 1 clients with world-class service and managing technical client service firm-wide.
About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will facilitate an exceptional service experience for Fiserv's largest clients. Your responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in value chain areas, shaping innovative solutions, managing client engagements, analyzing industry trends, and overseeing technical efforts across key accounts.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business, or 7+ years of related IT experience.
3+ years in a client-facing role solving problems.
Working knowledge of multiple Fiserv acquiring platforms and omni-channel products.
Experience with merchant acquiring payment processing and flows.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Fiserv networking/connectivity architecture.
Understanding of card brand regulations.
Familiarity with the Payment Facilitator (Payfac) business model.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking.
