About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance and proactive support. You will oversee the client's technical environment, manage the lifecycle of IT assets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying risks, recommending improvements, and facilitating seamless transitions to steady-state support.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in technical Service Delivery, with MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, M365 or Windows, Cisco CCNA, Network+, Security+, VMware VCP, ITIL, Agile, DevOps.
- Strong knowledge in server operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity.
