FullStack is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team remotely in the USA. The role involves managing key accounts and driving growth through technical leadership and client partnership.
About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, managing relationships and ensuring account profitability. You will partner with business development to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, while also providing technical leadership and oversight for successful project delivery. Your role will involve building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
About You
Required:
7+ years in technical account management, client partner, delivery management, or similar roles in tech consulting, digital services, or software engineering environments.
Proven experience growing accounts in both mid-market and large enterprise.
Preferred:
Background in software engineering, solution architecture, or delivery.
Comfortable discussing AI, data platforms, cloud architectures, and custom software projects.
