About You
- 12+ years overall experience as a Business Analyst
- 5–7 years working in the Insurance domain
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and regulatory considerations
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, and functional documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments
- Proficiency with business process modeling tools such as Visio or BPMN tools
- Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working closely with QA teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
