As a Technical Curriculum Developer, Program Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify education needs and develop engaging technical training content. Your responsibilities will include creating e-learning courses, managing learning roadmaps, and delivering instructor-led training. You will also evaluate training materials and foster an environment of innovation and collaboration within the engineering community.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in Software Development, Instructional Design, Program Management, and Curriculum Development.
Strong project/program management skills, including prioritization, planning, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience with design thinking principles and managing complex group dynamics.
Familiarity with eLearning industry principles and experience with learning management systems.
