Summary
Navico Group is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join their team in Tulsa, OK or Remote. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical troubleshooting, product support, and warranty services for Lowrance and/or Simrad products.
About the Role
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving positive consumer experiences through a technical support call center. Your daily tasks will include answering product questions, executing call center documentation, resolving customer inquiries, assisting in the development of FAQs, and troubleshooting using schematics and wiring diagrams. You will also ensure timely processing of consumer information and assist with product replacement or repair programs.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in electronics, marine installations, or technical support/repair.
- Prior experience in consumer technical support highly recommended.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in receiving, warehouse, and/or inventory control distribution.
- Practical knowledge of AC/DC Electrical architecture, marine electrical systems, or RV electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- ABYC certification.
- NMEA 2000 Installer certification.
- MEI Basics Certification.
- FCC: GMDSS DM certification.
