About You
- 8+ years of experience in website development, digital delivery, or technical project management.
- Proven experience with large, enterprise customer-facing websites or web applications.
- 3+ years of leadership and team management experience, including working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong attention to detail, a passion for quality, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- Passion for UX and customer-centric design.
- Prior experience in code level development of web applications.
