About the Role
As a Technical Director for the Property line of business, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, providing consultative services, and supporting project completion. You will mentor less experienced consultants, develop strategies to improve property skills, and utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in risk control practices. The role requires approximately 35% travel throughout CA, TX, and the Midwest.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, or related areas and at least 10 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or safety.
- Proven experience in risk control within the commercial insurance industry.
- Strong technical property knowledge and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree and/or professional certification in CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
- Exceptional coaching and communication abilities.
