As a Technical Lead Manager, you will set and communicate team priorities, develop technical goals and roadmaps, guide system designs, and review code to ensure best practices. You will manage project goals and help develop your team while contributing to various areas such as information retrieval, artificial intelligence, and user interface design.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex organization.
