About the Role
About You
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Basic computer experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Outlook).
- Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- 2-year degree or equivalent in electronic, mechatronic, or mechanics.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of SMC, Shiftbook/MES systems.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems.
