Summary
Bitovi is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on transforming technology delivery to be more collaborative, validation-driven, and swift.
About the Role
As a Technical Product Owner, you will consult with clients, manage product processes, and work collaboratively with technical delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include participating in roadmap planning, implementing Agile program management, delivering business and technical expertise, developing and prioritizing technical requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring transparency in project progress.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of related technology experience, 2+ years of technology project/program management experience.
- BA/BS degree or related experience.
- Proven skillset in leading software projects at a multi-team scale with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience creating, communicating, and managing detailed program or project plans.
- Experience reviewing processes and identifying pain points to deliver operational efficiencies.
- Experience engaging in product discovery, planning, and driving technical product value.
- Ability to break down mockups and wireframes into actionable stories.
- Ability to lead estimation processes with teams while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedule.
- Excellent oral and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
Preferred:
- Interest and experience working with clients directly - consulting experience is great to have.
- Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master.
