About the Role
As a Technical Product Trainer, you will develop and execute technical sales training programs, design onboarding and certification training plans, deliver engaging training sessions, assess market trends, localize training for regional partners, collaborate with marketing, integrate training into CRM workflows, and analyze performance data to drive training content.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or applicable field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, sales enablement, or technical training in a commercial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
