Summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SOX Compliance to join their team in Livingston, NJ. The role involves driving SOX compliance initiatives across the engineering and infrastructure ecosystem.
About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the SOX Compliance Program, partnering with Finance, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure effective internal controls and audit readiness. Your responsibilities include managing program roadmaps, collaborating with auditors, identifying automation opportunities, and integrating SOX controls into development processes.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Compliance Engineering, or Risk Management, ideally in FinTech, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of SOX 404, ITGC frameworks, and control testing methodologies.
- Proven track record of working with auditors and implementing controls.
Preferred:
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or other compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial infrastructure systems, payments rails, or banking APIs.
