About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for translating AI-driven business opportunities into detailed technical execution plans, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI initiatives across various workflows. You will also establish release plans, maintain risk tracking, and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders involved in AI projects.
About You
Required:
- 5–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery of AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, Workflow orchestration systems, and Cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and structure complex, cross-functional initiatives into executable plans.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
- Experience coordinating model deployments or ML-enabled systems.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of small business risk management and underwriting principles.
