About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will manage multiple data center design projects, gather internal requirements, create design solutions, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Engineer, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent technical professional license or certification.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing data center design and product development.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and design-to-construction workflows.
- Experience in data center environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, and fire safety systems.
