About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end system software development programs, focusing on firmware/software integration for new storage generations. You will orchestrate planning and execution across partner teams, manage the delivery of software components for new product initiatives, and apply technical judgment to improve software quality and release predictability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in storage systems or infrastructure systems.
- Experience with new product introduction (NPI) across software or hardware products.
Preferred:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with NPI development, firmware, and driving software quality.
- Experience in software engineering as a developer or development manager.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent program management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
