Summary
Clover is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team in Marietta, GA. The role involves overseeing complex, large-scale initiatives for Clover's Point-of-Sale (POS) platform, ensuring seamless integration of devices, software, and payment processing.
About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage large-scale projects from inception to delivery, create integrated program plans, assess and communicate risks, manage change control, and establish program governance structures. You will also develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program health and mentor other project managers.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or projects in a product or engineering-focused environment, preferably in payments, financial services or SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Preferred:
- Experience working with or around POS platforms, payment processing, or large-scale cloud-based systems.
- Background in Agile or scaled Agile environments (for example, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe).
