About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager, MSL Infra, you will be responsible for defining program requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and establishing scope. You will manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes, create communication plans, and lead technical analysis and implementation phases. Additionally, you will track key metrics and drive process improvements across teams.

About You

Required:

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
Experience managing the delivery of complex technical programs or products from inception through to successful delivery.
Experience in implementing monitoring systems and instrumentation solutions to track performance and identify issues.
Familiarity with technical program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Proven track record of leading by influencing others and fostering collaboration across teams.
Demonstrated experience in communicating and collaborating with technical management teams.

Preferred:

Experience in a start-up-like environment emphasizing technical infrastructure management.
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure software programs, especially those focused on AI/ML.
