About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of technical leadership in customer-facing program management.
- Deep knowledge of Power Electronics, Controls Engineering, and hardware technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency in project management, risk frameworks, and escalation practices.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in automotive, energy, or related sectors.
- Experience aligning programs to business goals and driving process improvements.
- Ability to build, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
