About the Role
As a Technical Project Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, setup, and configuration of mobile applications and APIs. Your duties will include verifying mobile app implementations, coordinating projects from start to go-live, resolving support requests, and assisting customers with API integrations. You will also work closely with developers to test and document issues, participate in analytics reporting, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing customers with software project administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with SQL, Mobile Communications, 3rd party interfaces, and APIs.
Preferred:
- Experience with McLeod Software's Product Suite.
