Summary
Celerity is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join their team remotely, with regular travel to Washington state required. The role involves leading complex project delivery initiatives in the utilities and energy sectors.
About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing project plans and ensuring milestones are met. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply structured methodologies, and manage risks and issues. Additionally, you will oversee financial and resource management, promote continuous improvement, and engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, focusing on utilities, energy, telecom, or oil & gas industries.
- Experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or with system integrators.
- Proven track record of leading complex international projects.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSPO, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.)
Preferred:
- Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering high-impact programs.
- Experience working in consulting environments, managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
