Summary

About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, proactively recruit senior talent, manage candidates through the hiring process, and work closely with various teams to refine recruitment strategies. You will also act as an advocate for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (in-house or within a technical agency).
- Experience utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methodologies.
- Full lifecycle candidate management including identification, interview preparation, and closing.
- Ability to assess candidates' basic technical abilities and match their behavioral traits.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels.
