Summary

Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves leading and scaling hiring across the R&D organization, including Engineering, Reliability, QA, and Product.

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization, partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, manage the candidate lifecycle in Lever (ATS), conduct candidate screenings, actively source technical talent, and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment.

About You

Required:

5-8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting high-volume, fast-growing teams.
Strong understanding of technical roles, including programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering practices.
Proven ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization, quality, and responsiveness.
Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction.

Preferred:

Experience recruiting for SaaS or product-led organizations.
Past experience in an agency environment, or high-volume in-house role.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters.
