Fastino Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves owning the end-to-end recruiting process for technical teams and developing strategic sourcing plans.
About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process for technical roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance. You will develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in Research and AI, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, enhance the employer brand, and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring quality.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proven success sourcing and closing mid- and senior-level engineering candidates, ideally those working on GenAI or LLMs.
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to driving process improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Skilled negotiator with strong knowledge of today’s technical talent market.
