About the Role
As a Technical Sales Director, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to sell and support Carlson products, managing a network of dealers, conducting workshops, and coordinating with the marketing team. You will also provide direct sales and support to current users and represent Carlson in regional events.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of CAD software experience.
- 2+ years as a Surveyor, Civil Engineer, EIT, SIT or CAD Designer.
- Experience with both office and fieldwork.
- Ability to travel regularly (Idaho, Oregon, and Washington).
- Ability to work on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must speak fluent English.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Carlson Software’s software and hardware products.
- Experience with technical support of hardware and software.
- Experience developing sales network.
- Strong communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
- Experience in training and instruction.
- Multilingual.
