About the Role

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will focus on the PU liquid color/additive market, primarily targeting Flexible Foam producers. Your responsibilities include determining pricing policies, coordinating business activities with the technical team, meeting with decision makers to drive sales development, monitoring sales trends, and preparing business plans for management approval. The position requires 50% travel for customer visits and onsite activities.

About You

Required:

5+ years’ experience in sales positions or similar
3+ years’ experience in polyurethane or specialty chemical industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, chemistry, engineering, or similar fields
Willing and able to travel 50%
Active passport
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to interface with customers and build trusting relationships

Preferred:

SAP/ERP experience
Good communication skills and openness to interpersonal relations
Ability to observe and propose solutions to problems
Skills in optimizing resources and minimizing waste
Team-oriented personality and availability to work collaboratively
