About You
Required:
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media or technical forums.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform sourcing strategy.
