About the Role
As a Technical Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for advising customers on spare parts and warranty claims, preparing and submitting quotes for machine spare parts, providing technical assistance over the phone, entering orders into the ERP system, tracking orders, and preparing proposals for spare parts lists. You will also evaluate parts costs and look for opportunities to increase margins.
About You
Required:
- Post-secondary education in mechanical design or millwright.
- Experience with packaging equipment.
Preferred:
- Very knowledgeable in reading and understanding equipment drawings, pneumatic schematics, and symbols.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive approach.
